Privacy Policy

Last updated October 8, 2026

This policy explains how Elevate Healthcare Solutions (“ElevateCare 360,” “we,” “us”) collects and uses information when you visit elevatecare360.com or request a demo. It covers this marketing website only. Use of the ElevateCare 360 platform by our customers is governed by their agreements with us.

No patient health information

This website does not ask for, and is not designed to receive, patient health information. Please do not include any patient details in the demo request form or in messages to us.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a demo or book a meeting, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, work email, phone number, organization, job title, and any message you include.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the site, we and our service providers collect your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you arrived at the site, and the date and time of your visit. Some of this is collected through cookies, described below.

How we use it

  • To respond to demo requests and schedule meetings.
  • To follow up about ElevateCare 360 and related services.
  • To understand which organizations are interested in our products.
  • To measure and improve the website.
  • To keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and our sales process:

  • HubSpot — Stores demo requests and contact details, and measures how visitors use the site.
  • Apollo.io — Identifies the companies that visit the site, so we understand which organizations are interested.
  • Calendly — Schedules demo meetings when you choose to book a time.
  • Vercel — Hosts the website and keeps standard server logs for security and reliability.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use them to recognize returning visitors, connect demo requests to the visit they came from, filter out spam submissions, and understand which organizations visit the site. We do not use advertising cookies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, but we will not be able to connect your visit to a demo request.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and demo request details for as long as there is an active business relationship or ongoing conversation, and then for a reasonable period for our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights under local law. We will not treat you differently for using them.

To make a request, email admin@elevatecare360.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to people who need it.

Children

This website is intended for healthcare professionals and businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
